You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition

• Unworn and unused

• Original packaging included

If the product shows signs of use or damage, the return may be refused.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

• The refund amount is 80% of the product price

• The refund will be sent through the same payment method used for the purchase

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Because Souk Sala products are released in limited drops, exchanges may not always be possible if the item is sold out.
